Often a tradesperson will only be able to give an approximate time of attendance so the quickest way for them to attend is to obtain the property's spare keys from the office.
You are of course able to be present but please bear in mind that if you can't keep the appointment access time, you will be required to pay any extra call out fees.
Jupiter Real Estate uses a dedicated team of trusted, licensed tradespeople and maintenance companies.
Repairs resultant to tenant's actions will be charged to the tenant.
